Parts Associate

This is not a difficult position if you are teachable and are goal oriented. We will take the time to train you, especially during our winter months. Come springtime, you’ll be ready to rock and that’s when the fun really begins! The more product you sell, the larger that paycheck grows. This is truly a job where you get out of it as much as you are willing to put in.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Parts Manager, Sales, Service and Receiving departments to satisfy customers
• Provide excellent and courteous customer service
• Process merchandise and keep cash register transaction count accurately
• Genuinely greet customers immediately in a friendly manner.
• Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
• Communicate any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product recommendations that may complement the customer purchase.
• Assist customers with Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogs.
• Maintain positive attitude when handling customer needs
• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Ensure the areas of the Parts Department are kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times.
• Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the dealership's customer base, order and transaction system relevant to Parts and Accessories
• Supply cost of parts information on repair orders for the Service and Sales Departments.
Physical Demands: Must have the ability to sit, stand and frequently move quickly around the dealership.

This position is full- time, 8:30am-6ish, Tuesday-Friday and then 8:30a-4ish on Saturday.
